Proven business model, strong training and support
Because Ben & Florentine is backed by Kahala Brands and MTY, every franchisee has full access to an in-house social media team, creative design team to help with marketing, a full-service construction team and more. Most of our franchisees didn’t have prior restaurant experience prior to launching their Ben & Florentine. We offer a rigorous training program that provides them with the tools they need to succeed. All franchisees complete nine weeks of training, beginning at our corporate headquarters in Arizona and ending with on-site support for four weeks.
