Ben & Florentine emphasizes team culture and immersive training
While the majority of our franchisees did not have any experience owning and operating a breakfast restaurant prior to joining our franchise family, all of them mastered our concept by completing our immersive training experience. New franchisees train at an operating restaurant for three weeks to work in every role of the restaurant. You will become an expert in how to prepare and serve our products, as well as learn how to greet customers, take orders, use our POS system, manage inventory and lead a team. By the end of your training, you should have the confidence and the skills to open your new restaurant.
