Proven business model and in-depth training help owners successfully launch restaurant
Although the majority of Ben & Florentine owners did not have experience owning and operating a breakfast restaurant before joining our franchise family, all of them mastered our concept by completing our immersive training experience. All franchisees complete three weeks of immersive training at an operating restaurant in order to learn and work in every role of the restaurant. You will become an expert on how to prepare and serve our products, and you will learn how to greet customers, take orders, use our Point Of Sale system, take inventory and lead a team. By the end of your training, you will have the confidence and skills to bring a Ben & Florentine restaurant to your community.

We also do one week of classroom training, so you learn how to make payroll and order inventory, and how to market effectively in your community.
