While the majority of our franchisees did not have any experience owning and operating a breakfast restaurant prior to joining our franchise family, all of them mastered our concept by completing our immersive training experience. You will be sent to an operating restaurant for three weeks to work in every role of the restaurant. You will become an expert in how to prepare and serve our products, and you will learn how to greet customers, how to take orders, how to use our POS system, how to take inventory and how to lead a team. By the end of your training, you will have the confidence and the skills to open your new restaurant.
